Welcome to Indian Digital Ads ("IDA", "we", "us", "our") — an AI video marketing subscription service operated by Bizbuddy Digital Marketing India, 303, Shantinath Apartment, Behind Gujarat Gas Company, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat 395009, India.

By accessing our website, purchasing a plan, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Indian Digital Ads provides AI-powered video marketing content ("Reels", "Videos", "Content") on a subscription basis for businesses, clinics, professionals, and brands across India. Our service plans are as follows:

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your business to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Subscription

3.1 Subscription Activation

Your subscription becomes active upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. You will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp. Our team will contact you within 4 business hours to begin the onboarding process.

3.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date of your first payment. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. For recurring subscriptions, your payment method will be automatically charged on the renewal date. You will receive a reminder 3 days before each renewal.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp at 76220 09666 or emailing info@bizbuddy.co.in. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid.

3.4 Trial Reel

The Trial Reel (₹1,999) is a one-time purchase and does not constitute a subscription. There is no automatic renewal for the trial plan.

4. Delivery of Services

4.1 Timeline

• Trial Reel: Delivered within 48 working hours of receiving your brief
• Basic Plan: Delivered within 7 business days per batch
• Growth Plan: Delivered within 5 business days per batch
• Authority Plan: Delivered within 3 business days per batch

Delivery timelines begin after we receive your complete brief and required assets. Delays caused by late brief submission or unavailability of client for approval are not our responsibility.

4.2 Delivery Method

Completed reels are delivered via WhatsApp and/or Google Drive link to the phone number and email provided during checkout.

4.3 Revisions

Revision rounds are as per your plan (see table above). Each revision request must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the delivered reel. Revision requests submitted after this window will be treated as acceptance of the delivered version. Revisions are limited to changes in script, text overlays, voiceover, music, or minor visual adjustments. Completely new concepts or completely different videos are not considered revisions.

4.4 Client Brief

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, logo files, brand colours, and any other materials required to produce your content. We will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the content that arise from incorrect or incomplete brief information provided by you.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Delivered Content

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered video content for your business marketing purposes across any digital platform. You may not resell, sublicense, or claim authorship of the raw production assets.

5.2 IDA Portfolio Rights

Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing, Indian Digital Ads and Bizbuddy Digital Marketing India reserve the right to showcase your delivered reels in our portfolio, case studies, social media, and promotional materials as examples of our work.

5.3 Third-Party Assets

We use licensed stock footage, music, and design assets in producing your content. These assets are licensed for commercial use within video content. You may not extract individual stock elements for separate use.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscriptions are pre-paid — service is rendered after payment is received
• GST and other applicable taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the subscriber
• Failed payments will result in service suspension until payment is cleared

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to create content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any applicable law or regulation in India or your jurisdiction
• Infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Contains harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit material
• Promotes illegal products, services, or activities
• Makes false medical or health claims (particularly relevant for doctor/pharma clients)

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a subscription if we determine that requested content violates these provisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to deliver high-quality content consistently, we do not warrant specific business outcomes, lead generation results, follower growth, or revenue increases from using our video content. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indian Digital Ads and Bizbuddy Digital Marketing India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
