At Indian Digital Ads ("IDA"), a service operated by Bizbuddy Digital Marketing India, we take pride in delivering professional AI video marketing content that meets or exceeds your expectations. We encourage every potential subscriber to take advantage of our Trial Reel (₹1,999) before committing to a monthly or annual plan, specifically so you can evaluate our quality with zero risk.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all plans and purchases made on the Indian Digital Ads website. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
Summary: Our services are non-refundable once production has begun. We invest time, creative resources, and licensed assets in your videos from the moment your brief is received. We recommend using our ₹1,999 Trial Reel to test our quality before subscribing.
1. General Refund Policy
In line with the refund policy of Bizbuddy Digital Marketing India (bizbuddy.co.in), all sales are final and services are non-refundable once production of your video content has commenced.
This is because:
- Custom creative work is produced specifically for your business and cannot be resold or reused
- We invest licensed stock footage, music, voiceover recordings, and creative labour immediately upon receiving your brief
- Digital content, once created and delivered, cannot be "returned"
2. Cancellation of Subscriptions
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Please send your cancellation request at least 5 business days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
2.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription access continues until the end of the current paid billing period
- No further charges are made after confirmed cancellation
- Any reels already in production at the time of cancellation will still be delivered
- Reels not yet started in the current cycle will not be produced after cancellation
- No pro-rata or partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period
2.3 Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, the remaining months are not refundable. Your service continues until the annual period ends, after which no renewal occurs.
3. Trial Reel (₹1,999) — Non-Refundable
The Trial Reel is a one-time paid service. Once you have submitted your brief and production has begun, the ₹1,999 charge is non-refundable. You are entitled to 1 revision round as part of this purchase.
The Trial Reel is designed specifically to let you evaluate our quality before committing to a subscription. We strongly encourage you to use it for exactly that purpose.
4. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund only in the following circumstances:
- Technical payment failure: You were charged but our system did not receive the payment confirmation, resulting in no service being provided. We will verify with Razorpay and refund within 5–7 business days.
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
- Non-delivery: We failed to deliver any content within twice the stated delivery timeline (e.g., more than 14 days for Basic Plan), with no communication or valid reason from our side.
To raise a refund claim under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@bizbuddy.co.in with your payment ID and details.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account) through Razorpay. Refund timelines are as follows:
- UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
The exact timeline depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control once the refund is initiated from our side.
6. Quality Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a delivered reel, we strongly encourage you to first use your included revision rounds. Our team will rework the video to address your specific feedback. Dissatisfaction with creative output alone does not qualify for a refund — that is what revisions are for.
If after all revision rounds you remain dissatisfied, please contact our Grievance Officer (details below) and we will work with you personally to resolve the matter.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your account and service. We maintain detailed records of all deliveries and communications and will contest chargebacks that are not covered by our refund exceptions.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
